Your TEAM BUILDING with Flight Experience
TEAM BUILDING
Team building activities in flight simulators are an interesting and original way to energise your teams and strengthen their cohesion.
Our team of trilingual pilots (FR/NL/EN) offers you a “discovery/leisure” package on board an airliner or a fighter jet, designed to give your teams a great time, get them working together and let them get to know each other in a new light.
Organise your TEAM BUILDING in a flight simulator and your CORPORATE EVENTS at Flight Experience
A team building session in an airliner or fighter jet simulator is an interactive and stimulating activity. It allows participants to work together towards a common goal.
A mission has to be prepared and carried out as a team. Participants are divided into teams and take on different roles to complete specific missions.
Teamwork, communication and trust are essential to succeed in this immersive simulation environment.
This team building also offers an opportunity to develop leadership, collaboration and problem-solving skills, which apply directly to the workplace.
Ultimately, this entertaining experience strengthens the bonds between team members and creates lasting memories.
